Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms govern public website use and initial communications only. Project-specific rights and obligations are set out in the applicable written agreement.
Permitted website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes.
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that degrades the service, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Enquiries and communications
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship and does not guarantee that work will be accepted.
You confirm that information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to provide it, and that kalkiGen may use it to assess and respond to your request.
Proposals, services, and changes
A proposal or discussion is not binding unless the parties enter into a written agreement. The applicable agreement will define scope, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, dependencies, milestones, review stages, acceptance criteria, and any included support.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change request, revised estimate, or updated schedule.
Fees, payment, and taxes
Fees, invoicing dates, payment milestones, expenses, applicable taxes, late-payment consequences, cancellation terms, and refund conditions are defined in the applicable written agreement.
Unless that agreement states otherwise, no licence or ownership transfer dependent on payment takes effect until the relevant amounts have been received.
Intellectual property
The kalkiGen name, website design, copy, graphics, software, and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or reused without permission.
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, pre-existing materials, reusable tools, open-source software, and third-party assets are defined in the applicable written agreement.
Materials and access you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required for content, data, images, software, credentials, trademarks, and other materials supplied to kalkiGen.
Do not submit passwords, private access keys, payment-card data, sensitive personal data, health information, or confidential datasets through the public enquiry form. Secure transfer arrangements can be agreed when necessary.
Confidentiality
Information shared before an engagement will be handled with reasonable care, but the public website and enquiry form are not intended as secure repositories for confidential material.
Any project-specific confidentiality obligations, permitted disclosures, retention requirements, and non-disclosure terms must be recorded in the applicable written agreement or NDA.
Third-party services and links
This website and client projects may use or link to third-party hosting, cloud, analytics, communications, libraries, APIs, payment services, or other platforms.
Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, pricing, and technical limitations. A link does not by itself imply endorsement or responsibility for third-party content.
Availability and changes
The public website is provided on an as-available basis. Features, content, and availability may change, and access may be suspended for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
kalkiGen does not promise that the public website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, kalkiGen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website. Project-specific warranties, remedies, and liability limits are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access to the public website may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, systems, legal rights, or third parties, or where these terms are materially breached.
Ending website access does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property protections and applicable liability provisions.
Governing law and disputes
Unless an applicable written agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written communication. The competent courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any different forum agreed in writing.
General provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
These terms, together with any notices expressly referenced here, form the agreement governing public website use. They do not replace a signed project agreement.
Updates and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website, services, legal requirements, or operating practices. The current effective date is shown at the top of this page, and continued website use after an update means the revised terms apply from that date.
For questions about these terms, use the contact page listed above.
Privacy Policy
How kalkiGen collects, uses, protects, and retains information submitted through this website.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies to information processed when you visit the public kalkiGen website, submit an enquiry, or communicate with us about a potential service.
It does not replace privacy terms agreed for a client project, employment relationship, third-party platform, or service operated under a separate notice.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, selected service, project message, budget or timeline information, and anything else you choose to provide.
Our infrastructure may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, security events, and diagnostic logs.
How information is used
We use submitted information to review and respond to enquiries, understand requested services, prepare discussions or proposals, maintain records of communications, protect the website, diagnose faults, and comply with applicable obligations.
We do not use enquiry details to send unrelated marketing unless you have separately requested or agreed to it.
Basis for processing
Information is processed where necessary to respond to your request, take steps you ask us to take before a potential engagement, operate and secure the website, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate business purposes that do not override applicable rights.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing by contacting us.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be handled by carefully selected infrastructure, database, email, hosting, security, and communications providers where needed to operate the website and respond to you.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Cloud and communications providers may process information in more than one country. Where applicable, we use provider terms, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards for such processing.
Retention
Enquiry and email communication records do not currently use a fixed automatic expiry. They are reviewed against the need to respond, manage agreed follow-up, maintain necessary business records, and establish or defend legal claims, then deleted or anonymised when those purposes no longer apply.
Security access and audit logs use an automated retention period configured by the backend environment; the current deployment default is 365 days. Provider diagnostic logs may follow the relevant provider’s operational retention settings. Information that cannot be deleted immediately is securely isolated until deletion is possible.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, protected secrets, encrypted transport, validation, monitoring, and restricted administrative access.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, access keys, payment-card data, sensitive personal data, or confidential datasets through the public enquiry form.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or another available privacy right.
Use the contact route shown on this page and provide enough detail for us to identify and respond to the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Children
The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child through the public enquiry form.
External links
The website may link to third-party services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information to them; kalkiGen does not control their processing.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when our website, providers, practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
For privacy questions or requests, use the contact route shown above.

Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website can ask a browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and cached files that help a website remember or deliver information.
This policy uses the term browser storage for these technologies collectively where appropriate.
How this website uses storage
The public website may cache API-provided website content in local browser storage so that content can be restored reliably when a network request is temporarily unavailable.
Normal browser and hosting functions may also cache files such as styles, scripts, fonts, and images. These functions support delivery and do not create an advertising profile.
Essential technologies
Technologies strictly necessary for website delivery, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, or a feature you request may operate without an optional advertising preference.
Removing or blocking essential storage may cause parts of the website to load more slowly or become unavailable.
Analytics and advertising
The current public website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or use browser storage to build advertising profiles.
If optional analytics, advertising, or personalisation technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before they are enabled.
Third-party resources
The website may request resources from hosting, media, font, or infrastructure providers. Those providers may receive technical request information such as IP address, browser details, and requested resource as part of delivering their service.
Third-party sites reached through external links operate under their own cookie and privacy policies.
Your browser controls
Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data. You can also clear cached files or configure restrictions for a particular website.
Blocking storage or third-party resources may affect fonts, media, cached content, or other functionality.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when website technologies or providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
For questions about browser storage used by this website, use the contact route shown above.
